SLOW + STEADY NARAMATA COMMUNITY MARKET RETURNS

The Little Community That Does Brings Back Farmers Market After One-Year Hiatus, More Growers, Makers and Bakers Than Ever Before

Naramata, B.C. - In a comeback bigger than Rocky could ever have scripted, the little community that does is thrilled to announce after a one year retirement, the Naramata Community Market is roaring back to life. Slower and more village focussed than ever!

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 2nd (and every Wednesday night through September 29th, hereafter), from 4-7 pm.

The Naramata Community Market will now be located at Manitou Park. The new location has more space, less wind, new bathrooms and lots of parking, plus two playgrounds to entertain the littlest shoppers. New hours ensure market-goers have time to shop (and dine) after work.

Save your appetite. The inaugural market (June 2nd) will feature three food trucks: Samosa Express, Taste of Argentina, and Comfort Kitchen. This Wednesday Naramata Community Market is pleased to welcome the Cannery Brewery.

And cache your carbon. No grocery trip to town required this week. Naramata Community Market has veggies, veggies, and more veggies … lovingly raised local farmers Easy Earth Farm, Oxbow Flats Farms, Mariposa Organic Farm and Puzzlegrass Farm will all be at the Market.

A Naramata Market would not be complete without local food faves including Chabendo Gelato, The Anticrust, CC Orchards, Desert Flower Honey, The Fruit Guy, Homestead Roastery and some brand new food artisans, Liv Artisanal, Dixie’s Quickles and Othello Bench.

Plus an amazing lineup of artists and makers including Ebb and Flow Jewelry, Playlist Lavender, Lye of the Land, K-zip Knits, Laurel Jean Studios, Ron Crawford Designs, Sheryl Blois Glass and more!

If that is not enough, rumor has it there may be an appearance by local tarot legend Doug Mathias offering readings by donation. Get a leg up on your post-covid summer prep with Doug’s insight into the future.

Spread the word - come out and support this hyper local goodness and keep the Naramata community strong.

MEET YOU AT THE MARKET!
